ParlayCards.ai (“ParlayCards.ai,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a service that lets people photograph a printed sports parlay card and automatically matches its printed games and any handwritten picks. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
Photos you upload. When you submit a photo of a parlay card, we store the image and use it to identify the printed games and any handwritten name, wager amount, and picks on the card.
Phone number, if you sign in. Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in, we collect your phone number to send a one-time verification code and to associate your submissions with your account.
Session and device information. We assign every visitor a session identifier, stored in a browser cookie, so we can associate a submission with the browser that made it, whether or not you sign in. We also log standard technical information such as IP address and request timestamps for security and debugging.
How we use information
- To identify the games and picks printed or written on a submitted card.
- To match your card against real-world game results and compute win/loss/push outcomes.
- To send a one-time passcode and verify your identity when you sign in.
- To let you view your own submissions and their results.
- To secure the service and prevent abuse.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Anthropic, whose Claude models process the photo you submit in order to read the printed and handwritten content on it.
- Twilio, which delivers the one-time passcode text message used to verify your phone number when you sign in. See the Twilio Campaign Terms and Conditions for details on that messaging program.
- Google Cloud, which hosts our infrastructure and stores uploaded photos and our database.
- ESPN’s public scoreboard data is used to determine final game scores; we do not send your personal information to ESPN.
- Service providers who help us operate the service, bound to confidentiality.
- Law enforcement or other parties when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We retain submitted photos, extracted card data, and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact information below.
Your choices
Signing in with a phone number is optional. You can use the service anonymously, though a submission is still tied to your browser session so you can view it later. You can stop using the service at any time and request that we delete data associated with your phone number or session by contacting us below.
Children’s privacy
ParlayCards.ai is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
