Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

ParlayCards.ai is a tracker and scorekeeper. You upload a photo of a parlay or teaser card you have already filled out. We read the card, match it to a shared template, and show how each pick is doing using public game scores.

We are not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. We do not accept bets or wagers, hold or transfer money, set odds, run pools or contests, or pay prizes. Any prizes or promotions on a printed card are offered by the venue or card issuer, not by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any laws about sports betting or bar and card promotions where you live. The Service is not available where prohibited by law.

3. Your account

You sign in with your mobile phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS. Give us a number you control. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may send you one-time login codes and account-related messages. Message and data rates may apply. We will not send marketing text messages without your separate consent.

4. Your content

• Ownership. You keep ownership of the photos and information you upload (“Your Content”).
• License to us. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display Your Content as needed to run the Service. This includes sending images to our service providers to read and interpret them.
• Your promises. You will only upload cards you are entitled to upload. You will not upload anything unlawful, or anything that contains another person’s personal information that you have no right to share.
• Sharing. If you share an entry by link, people with the link can see it. Shared views hide the name and amount for people who are not the owner. Photos of handwritten cards stay private. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
• Shared templates. We may use card layouts, teams, and picks derived from uploads to build shared card templates and venue pages. Personal details are not part of a shared template.

5. Scores and accuracy

Scores come from third-party sources and refresh on a schedule, about every 10 minutes. They are not real-time and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Reading handwriting and printed cards is imperfect and may contain errors. Currently we cover NFL and NCAA football, and we score straight-spread picks only. Do not rely on the Service to settle a bet, a prize, or any dispute. The card issuer, venue, or sportsbook decides the official result. We make no promises about outcomes, winnings, or accuracy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: break the law; misuse or overload the Service; scrape or reverse-engineer it; upload malicious files; impersonate others; try to access other users’ data; or use the Service to run or promote a money-based wager, pool, or contest.

7. Third-party data and marks

Team names, league names, and scores may come from third parties (for example ESPN). All trademarks belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, the NCAA, any team, ESPN, or any venue or card issuer unless we say so. Venue names are shown with the venue’s permission or as public information.

9. Responsible gambling

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER (1-800-522-4700) in the U.S. The Service does not encourage betting.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may ask us to delete your account at devs@parlaycards.ai. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to protect the Service, users, or ourselves. We may change or discontinue the Service at any time.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST WINNINGS, PRIZES, OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO $100.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Bantam Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material, we will post the new date and, where appropriate, tell you. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.
